After passing the exams with an approval rate of 85% or higher, pilots join Hi Fly Virtual as CO-PILOT IN TRAINING and are required to complete 50 hours to be promoted to FIRST OFFICER.

Pilots should complete 500 hours and a minimum of 150 logged flights as FIRST OFFICERS to be able to be promoted. It's necessary that the pilot has significant experience in the aircraft type and that, after an assessment by the Operations Director, the pilot can progress to the rank of CAPTAIN.

Pilots should complete 1000 hours acting as CAPTAIN and a minimum of 300 logged flights to be able to be promoted. Only after an assessment by the Operations Director, the pilot can progress to the rank of SENIOR CAPTAIN.
